Tn Hj Rahmat, my superior is a bookworm. He inspires his subordinates to read as well. This book I am reading today is a must-read for school managers. It basically explores the basics principles of school management. The writer explicitly explain these principles which can contribute to school transformation. I will post more about this book later.
